ZWZ Areal Tour and Open Rooms by Raumbörse

What is ZW ? What is ZWZ ? What is the Josef-Areal ? A tour of the Zwischennutzung with the Raumbörse The temporary use of the former Zentralwäscherei facility is to be extended until 2035. If the final funds of use of the areal will be submitted to voters later this year, the temporary use of the space was reconducted last month by the City Council. ZW is part of ZWZ, and we know that this is confusing sometimes. Our Verein, Zentralwäschrei, is an alternative cultural center at the Ground Floor of the ZWZ. It has a restaurant/bar, and two other rooms that offer a diverse program, but the ZWZ building does not stop at ZW, and many other associations and creatives are also in the building. So, what does this Zwischennutzung actually entail? Raumbörse, which is the organ of the city that oversees the areal, will give a tour through the building through exciting studios such as the Bitwäscherei, Recreazz, and many more.
